Jason Kai Wei LEE, Ph.D., is a research associate professor at the National University of Singapore, and the fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine. He is also involved in the editorial board of “Extreme Physiology and Medicine”, and the reviewer of more than 20 journals, such as “Aviation, Space, and Environmental Medicine”; “Applied Physiology”, “Nutrition and Metabolism”; “BMC Research Notes”; “British Journal of Sports Medicine”; “Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology”; “Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine”; “Current Sports Medicine Reports” and so on. His main research interests are fluid balance and heat stress, sports and exercise nutrition, extreme physiology, and military, occupational and applied performance and safety. The teaching modules for Dr. LEE are Human Physiology - Cardiopulmonary System and Extreme Physiology. He has published more than 40 papers in various journals, served as the appointed consultant for more than 10 projects and health institutions, and won more than 10 awards such as SAF National Servicemen of the Year Award in 2017 and UK Overseas Research Scholarship from 2004 to 2006.
